1989 KYOSHO LAZXER ZX

This is my original Lazer, which was my 2nd hobby grade RC car and with which I raced at the regional and national level between 1989 and 1990.
I won the stock class regional championship in 1990.
I modified it extensively through its racing career, and the final car featured here is how it was on its last race, including:
- Carbon top deck on a standard glass chassis
- AE Gold shocks front and rear
- Wasp sliper
- Trinity red motor plate
- Trinity front and rear lightweight arms
- Carbon front tower, while the rear tower stayed the original aluminium one through-out
- Yokomo free wheel adaptor at the front and Trinity 2.2 wheel at the rear
- ZX-R rear wing stay
- Alloy front C-hub with bearings
- Carbon rear dog bones
- Home made belt tensioner
