1978 TAMIYA LAMBORGHINI COUNTACH LP500S CS [58008]

An old but beautifully preserved example of Tamiya’s very early model.
The 58008 model is the first model to use the CS chassis. Just one and a half month later is the second model with CS chassis introduced, the 58009 Toyota Celica LB.

The Countach body is also slightly upgraded with a chrome rear wing, and the wheels are no longer "phone dial" wheels but the more ordinary spoke wheels. Still the body is very detailed, and a challenge to build, paint and decal nicely.
