1999 RC12-L3 MASAMI HIROSAKA ALL JAPAN CHAMPIONSHIP

This is Masami’s spare car for the 1999 All Japan championship race.

As his father Masaaki explains, this race was the last 6-cell 1/12 race before the move to 4-cell for the 2000 IFMAR regulations. So it became a big race for a lot of international drivers and teams attending.

Masami won the race from pole 🏆

The front wheel axles are made from titanium. The rear wheel hubs are made from magnesium.

As always, autographed by Masami and Papa Hirosaka. It is fitted with a new body painted by his painter Hyakutake. I love his style.
